FAQ

What is the difference between Pro and Free versions?: The only import option in the free version is from a Google Sheet™ to the store, and some fields, such as images, and variable products, cannot be imported. As mentioned above in the PRO features list, you can export (from store to Google Sheet™) and do much more when using the Pro version.
Can I fetch my existing products/categories?: Yes, in Pro version
Should I need to connect with my own Google Account?: Yes
When connecting for the first time to Google Sheet™, why do we notice a warning? Is this harmful?: It’s because the scripts we uploaded to the Google Sheet™ require certain permissions in order to run. Allowing these permissions is not problematic, since, for privacy reasons, we only have access to the current Google Sheet™, not the whole Google Drive.

Don't buy the premium version,. it didn't work on our website. They haven't been responding to our ticket for more than a week and they will neither refund or help us see why their plugin is not working. horrible

We had a massive challenge to sync 30,000 products pricing every week with multiple pricing levels, sequence and stock needing updates every Monday. We were using an import tool and it was taking several days to get through it AND slowing the site down drastically. Then we found this plugin. We are now able to update our entire pricing levels, sale items, stock, sequence and more in less than 30 minutes!! Its really incredible how the brilliant authors of this plugin leverage the power of Google to get yours site updates on steroids. We also tried a few other sync plugins that were supposed to do the same thing but wouldn't work. Support from Najeeb was timely and accurate and guided us in setting up our custom fields. Our store has over 10,000 products and it's always a hassle managing and maintaining big inventory, we tried Uncanny and Zapier and found those two complex and pricy whereas this Bulk Sync by N Media is the best solution we have found so far. The installation and set-up instructions were fairly easy, now we can make changes to the products in bulk and it works both ways, it lets us fetch data from the store and lets us sync back to the store as well. There was only one column "tags" not fetching data properly and the team was really quick to communicate back and forth with us and they resolved the issue quickly. Thank you guys, your plugin is great and your team was very helpful!

This plugin is amazing. It makes so easy managing a Woocommerce store especially when having lots of products. It is not very intuitive but there are step-by-step tutorials that guide you through the process and once you have use it a couple of times it is super easy to use and can literally make hundreds of changes on a Google Sheets and sync them with a click. I've used it with a few clients and has saved me hundreds of hours. Also, the support is really good. They are constantly improving the product and answer very quickly to requests. Top plugin!!
