  1. Upload dashboard-notes to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

Once installed you’ll find the notepads on your Dashboard.

Where is the settings panel?

Click your Dashboard in the main admin left menu and you’ll find it among other Dashboard plugins you might have.
